Gary Isham, CPA

Gary Isham, CPA, is the managing partner with Isham & Ramirez. Specialized in providing auditing services to not-for-profit organizations he spends the majority of his time working with religious organizations and churches. Prior to serving not-for-profit and religious organizations, Gary spent 31 years working for General Motors until his retirement. He went on to earn his BBS and MBA in accounting from Dallas Baptist University.

Gary is uniquely equipped to represent clients with a well-rounded perspective of experiences from years of serving in various capacities. He has volunteered his time and talents to serve churches in Indiana and Texas as a youth leader, building committee chairman, deacon, finance officer and sound system engineer. In addition, Gary has spent hundreds of hours volunteering his time at local Christian schools and coaching Upward basketball.

Gary and his wife currently reside in North Richland Hills and are members at North Park Baptist Church in North Richland Hills. They enjoy reading, traveling and spending time with their grandchildren.

esmeralda ramirez, cpa

Esmeralda Ramirez, CPA, is a partner with Isham & Ramirez. She has several years of experience in public accounting and as an auditor for not-for-profit organizations, churches and ministries. Esmeralda has worked with a variety of industries providing tax and accounting services to the state, federal taxation, farm and ranching, construction, medical, manufacturing and wholesale distribution industries.

Esmeralda’s diverse knowledge and technical skills allow her to provide comprehensive services to clients. In addition to providing audit and tax advisory services, Esmeralda leads the firm’s tax preparation practice, preparing IRS Forms 990 and 990-T and related state forms.

Esmeralda has volunteered her time since the age of six to help raise funds to build preschools in her grandparents’ home state, San Luis Potosi, Mexico. She also has volunteered at the North Tarrant Food Bank; Haltom City Food Bank; Mission Arlington; Fort Worth Sister Cities International; Salvation Army; Marine Toys for Tots; and as a mentor for the Boys and Girls Club of Fort Worth.

Esmeralda resides in Haltom City and is a member at St. John The Apostle Catholic Church in North Richland Hills. She enjoys traveling, reading, recreational biking, and training her French lop.
